This trailer is a 2000 Fleetwood Terry that is in great shape owned by a NON SMOKER.
The holding tanks are all 40 gallon, grey, black & fresh.
It has a three burner stove with oven, & a fridge & freezer.
There is a six gallon hot water tank with a 110 volt electric option.
There is an outside shower.
There are two 7.5 gallon propane tanks. (15 gal. total) Each tank lasts about 2 weeks, using the trailer every day.
There is a full length awning.
There is a Pioneer stereo system with two Boston speakers in the ceiling.
There is a TV antenna & is satellite ready.
Carpeting in the living room & bedroom.
The pin box sticks out beyond the front of the trailer so a short bed truck will work fine.
This trailer is the North West Edition with extra insulation in the walls & the ceiling.
The trailer has a rubber roof.
There is a roof ladder.
The slide out is electric. The couch slides out.
There are new tires on it with 3500 miles on them.
There are two new six volt batteries that I changed from twelve volt to get longer battery life dry camping,
It is hooked up as one big twelve volt; they last longer than two twelve’s.
This trailer is 25 feet & will easily fit in small short spaced RV park sights.
Central heating & a 13,000 BTU roof mount air conditioner.
Trailer has plenty of storage & room for two people to live in.

I bought the trailer new in 2000, everything in it works, never had a water leak anywhere. The trailer is very clean; there is a no shoe policy when inside of it.
