We are looking to fill up our last room in our lovely home. We are five students currently living in large house between Capitola and Santa Cruz. We are friendly, study oriented, environmentally conscience, a bit miss-matched but overall a chill group that needs someone to complete our household. We want someone easy to get along with that can have rent and utilities paid on time.

We are located just three miles from Cabrillo College, half a mile away from the Capitola Mall, nine miles away from UCSC, and twelve miles from Watsonville.

The rent is negotiable, but it will be somewhere between $500 and $600, and we need someone to move in as soon as possible. If you are interested we would love to meet with you! Our schedules are varied and flexible so let us know what times would be the best to meet you and we can probably make that happen.

Couples or roommates are welcome to apply but sorry no pets.
