We have a room for rent in our 4 bedroom Windemere Townhome. Room has vaulted ceilings, large window, and a closet. You will also have bathroom which will only be used occasionally by guests. The room is partially furnished right now. There is a dresser, nightstand, and entertainment stand in there right now. If you don’t want the stuff that is in there right now, we can move them.

We are located within walking distance to a park, tennis courts, and a pool, and there are also several walking trails close by.

About us:

We are a young couple that work locally in Danville/San Ramon full time. We enjoy playing video games, watching movies, hanging out with friends, and relaxing in our time off from work. We have a 4 year old chihuahua and a fish, and we are foster parents for ARF as well.

What we are looking for:

Mature and responsible young adult, preferably a student or professional. Prefer female. No drugs, non-smoker or outside smoker preferred. We drink, but we are not heavy drinkers, so please no heavy drinking. We don’t like large parties in our home, a couple guests once in a while is fine, but we would like that our home is respected and that you treat it like your own. For the most part, we would prefer a quieter atmosphere, especially weekday nights since we have work . Also, since we already have pets, we would prefer that you don’t have any pets (small pets are fine, but no cats/dogs). Your rental of our room would be on a month-to-month basis, and we would like to have 30 days notice before move-out.
