The two rooms are located on the second floor, each having its own private bathroom (master bedroom and a secondary master bedroom). The area development is called Lancaster Gates. The unit was build back in late 2000 by Dr Horton.

About the current roommate:
He is a 29 year old Asian male working a Engineer in the Silicon Valley. He is totally easy going, clean, understanding, responsible, and a extremely fair person with regards to sharing around the unit. The current tenant has a small Persian cat. He is cute, fun, clean, and he is kept in his room for the majority of the time while he is out. We are looking for similar tenants as well who is professionally working. No dogs. Cats are okay.
