We have a room available for rent: month to month (split utilities/wifi internet).
Month-to-month lease (with one month security deposit)--room will be
available while this posting is here.

The bedroom is within a single family house in a quiet neighborhood in
the city of Milpitas (located near major highways 237, 680, 880--very
close to parks, schools, churches, banks, convenient stores,
supermarket/grocery stores (2 min drive), and laudromats).

The room is unfurnished (however if you need furnitures there might be spare ones in the house). This room comes with hardwood floor and a closet.

Kitchen privileges-- cooking allowed. Laundry (washer/dryer) included.
Shared bathroom --we prefer a single working professional who doesn't
mind sharing a bathroom with two males working professional. (cleaning schedule for bathroom).

No pets. No drug use. No smoking. No sublets or overnight guests without permissions.


Requirements:
We are looking for someone that is clean, quiet, responsible, and
someone that pays rent on time.
Full month Deposit required to move in + 1st month of rent.
