Move in as soon as possible!
The room is decent sized and has a lot of sunshine. The room is fully furnished. It currently has a normal closet size, dresser, bookshelf in it and single bed. If you choose to bring your own bed, it will be okay with us. We are looking for someone who is responsible and can feel at home like the rest of us.
The bathroom is very big with two sinks and bathtub. You would share the bathroom (with just 1 more person, when we find one), but for now it is yours.
Light cooking is okay.
Okay to do laundry once a week.
You cover your phone line (if needed), food and personal essentials.
Please respectful and participate in the cleaning of common areas.
NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. Rent is due on the first of each month.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING AND NO VISITORS PLEASE.
