ABOUT THE JOB

FH Team is a locally based Real Estate Team that manages the transaction process of the Short Sale for Home Owners and Real Estate Agents, as well as conducts trainings, seminars, and Conferences for agents, homeowners, investors and other interested parties on the Short Sale process. We have a proven process that simplifies the short sale process that gets short sales closed and commission checks into your pocket!

Most Real Estate Agents we work with do not have the skills, knowledge, or time to close a short sale file. The knowledge comes from analyzing multiple files and handling multiple closings. We have this experience and the have built a reputation with some of the largest banks in the industry. You would be working with the Short Sale Expert!

Currently we are seeking individuals to fill several File Manager positions to handle real estate transactions from contract to close. This position provides true hands on experience with a tremendous opportunity to make a great income in this busy and demanding market! We are currently at the peak of the foreclosure market and this is a great opportunity for someone who loves a rapid-paced, fun, ever-changing environment. Previous Real Estate or Banking Experience is NOT necessary, but a PLUS!

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic understanding or the real estate transaction process (is a plus)

Must be computer-user proficient including using applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

The ability to build rapport and be reliable

Must have own computer, Laptop a plus!

Training will also be provided if needed, as we are looking for the right people, which we believe are our most important resource. Although some real estate or mortgage experience is preferred, it is not necessary. We are willing to train!!

Leads: we produce our own leads and if you get your own leads, you will get a larger commission!

This position requires substantial sitting time in front of the computer while being on the phone.

Work hours, call the banks in the morning do paperwork and followup calls in the afternoon.
It would a PLUS if you have the following experience:

Worked in the Real estate industry.

Former or current Transaction Coordinators, Escrow Officers, Loan Processors

Current relationships with existing Lenders Loss Mitigation departments

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assemble, prepare and fax all required documents to the banks

Contact banks daily and respond as needed to get Short Sale processed and achieve goal of obtaining approval letters

Update company project management website with status and documentation

Communicate with banks, clients, other agents, and vendors throughout the closing process

Coordinate all short sale activities and provide all paperwork as required such as HUD-1, Purchase Agreement or Options contract etc.

Submit weekly case reports

Payment is per file worked, based on the real estate transaction closing
