I want to share a shop/storage area with several car guys or girls. My idea is much like a salon or spa with several independent contractors under one roof who have their own customer base. We would rent a large space, approximately 2000 to 5000 square feet, bigger if there are enough people interested and the price is right. The cost for each person would be based on the rent for the space divided by however many people are involved. You can use your space for whatever you want, vehicle storage, projects, a business or whatever else, as long as it is legal. Everyone would have access to the shop at all times and my ideal thought is to get together with several people that have different talents, mechanics, auto body, upholstery, etc. I have a full time job as a Paramedic, but I want to turn my hobby and side business into something more. I have 18 years of experience working with 12 volt automotive electrical systems, installing car audio, and repairing electrical systems on boats, off road vehicles, trailers, hot rods and many other types of 12 volt projects.
