Eastwood Home Care, a fast growing Home Care and Assisted Living Placement Agency, is looking for self-motivated, experienced and aggressive outside sales representative to market our home care services. This position is 100% commission with great residual income potential. Salary range is $50-90K. The elderly healthcare industry continues to grow and is not effected by current economy. If you are interested in a flexible outside sales position that is rewarding both professionally and financially, then this job is for you.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Must be a self starter, highly self motivated and take initiative.
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong organization and problem solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Must have reliable transportation capable of traveling within assigned sales territory.
- Formal sales training preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships and new referral sources through cold calls, distributing marketing material, face-to-face meetings, and business networking throughout sales territory.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Maintain current business relationships.
- Develop creative solutions and approaches for expanding home care business.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and upholds company’s reputation in a professional manner.
