I willl help you to organize your questions and thoughts before you see your attorney, thereby saving you money at their office. They appreciate the client that comes in with a list and that is not emotionally distraught. I help you will all of that and more. I will assist you in filling out you paperwork, getting financial or other documents ready for the discovery process. I will help you understand your options and choices each step of the way. I will talk to you so that you are clear and not emotional by the time you have to go to court. This is a very upsetting time in your life and your friends want to help, but they may not know the ins and outs let alone the consequences of certain actions. I will direct you to speak to your attorney about these issues once you have outlined them. You will get better answers when your questions and issues are clear and concise.
