Peoplesoft Technical Developer

Position Type: Contract | Job Duration :3 Months + | Job Location :Bay Area, California

Knowledge and Experience

Requires a bachelor’s degree level of knowledge in business or information technology and a minimum 10+ years experience in the PeopleSoft field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of concepts, best practices, and procedures within an information technology field including advanced knowledge & experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology and process flow evaluation. Lead capacity in prior employment preferred.
Previous education/experience from Oracle University or comparable education source for the following: PeopleSoft Application Engine, PeopleCode, PeopleCode Debugger, PeopleSoft Integration technologies, SQR and PeopleSoft Tools required. Additionally, must have advanced level of training and required experience with PeopleSoft EPM, Funds Transfer Pricing, Budgeting and Planning, PeopleSoft Expenses, Financial Data Mart.

Skills and Abilities
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to review and understand basic programming logic.
* Advanced analytical research skills & techniques required.
* Ability to professionally and successfully interact with vendors for problem resolution.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments under concurrent timelines.
* Time management and organization skills required.
* Must be able to maintain a very high level of professionalism in dealings with end-users, co-workers and management.
* Ability to develop and manage technical training programs and documentation with teaching skills through one-on-one sessions on an ongoing scheduled & documented basis.
* Advanced to expert level of proficiency with PeopleSoft EPM, Budgeting and Planning, Funds Transfer Pricing and PeopleSoft Expenses required.
* Additionally, must be proficient with core coding requirements including PeopleSoft Application Engine, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft integration technologies, SR, SQL, and PeopleSoft Tools.
