Job Title: Sr. Manager NAS - 1701

JOB RESPONSIBILITY/SUMMARY
Manage a development team within the NAS Function. Participate and manage all aspects of the product development including coordinate and collaborate among Engineer Managers, assign work to team members, track and report progress, monitor and enforce product development process and procedures. Assist and assign resources to critical customer issues. Participate in design reviews, code reviews and roadmap meetings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage day to day engineering activities within the NAS function. Work with the entire engineering team to develop and deliver key NAS functions in a timely manner. Ensure quality of the deliverables and provide timely support to customer issues.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 15 Years or related industry experience.
Knowledge: File System, Storage Systems, Software Development.
Analytical / Interpersonal Skills: Both are extremely important.
