Cloud-Based Digital Asset Management software company is looking for a Senior Developer with an Expertise in IBM FileNet, EMC Documentum and other ECM software. The developer must have practical knowledge of workflows using FileNet’s Business Process Manager and components. This will entail heavy software development using the FileNet platform. Other technical fluencies are also desired and are listed below. People applying for the Senior Developer position should have experience working in a start-up environment. Responsibilities
• Create Filenet compliant applications and modules based on specifications and existing exemplary in-house applications.
• Program and develop DAM solutions with our programming team.
• Handle a high volume of work with fast turnaround times and manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain consistency of design and brand identity on all projects.
• Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions.
Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of four (4) years experience with FileNet, with at least two (2) years with IBM FileNet P8 including Business Process Manager (BPM) and Content Manager (CM).
• Experience with IBM Content Federated Services (CFS).
• Ability to read and code in languages such as PHP, XML, JavaScript, MySQL, MVC Framework
• Preferred experience (but not required): Cake PHP, Drupal, Objective C, AJAX and Actionscript.
• Ability to solve technical issues and tap appropriate resources when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to take constructive criticism.
• Strong design and conceptual skills and close attention to detail.
