OBJECTIVE: Our Web Designers have the opportunity to be an integral part of creating this innovative, consumer technology. The successful candidate must be a master of visual design and be able to apply the right solutions to a variety of creative and technical challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Director of User Experience & Design Strategy, the Production/Web Designer will be responsible for the following:
· Take design layouts (PSDs) and fine-tune them to perfection. Get the grid, corners, colors and typography consistent, clean and on brand.
· Make sure that design elements are used correctly across a large set of designs
· Production tasks that include updating branded content, optimizing images, and organizing, storing and transferring files.
· Work closely with and incorporate feedback from product management, other designers and front-end engineers.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
· Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
· Genuine passion for designing beautiful, engaging interfaces
· Solid experience with interactive design – you can quickly mockup various interface solutions (sketches, Photoshop mockups or wirefreames) to a single problem and evaluate the most effective approach
· Strong typography skills and a passion for the details
· Capable of producing clean and concise design schematics and wireframes
· Solid understanding of web technologies/standards/accessibility
· Social Media experience
· Great written and verbal communication skills
· Passion for design and the impact design can have on the World
· Enthusiasm for a fast-paced and collaborative environment is a must
