We bought this futon set from The Futon Shop (thefutonshop.com) in 2007 for 2000$.This Futon set includes 1) Queen size futon frame with queen size mattress 2) Love seat with mattress 3) Two side tables 4) One center table 5) 16 cushions The love seat converts into single bed and also the big sofa converts into queen size bed The futon covers are machine washable and can be easily taken out.( they have zip to open and close) The tables have few marks The overall futon condition is very good Sofa set comes with the free rug!!
