I am selling the raw single and raw pairs of speakers that are described below and seen in the four pictures. If you have further questions or want to see and hear any of them, please call milt at 408-998-5226 or on my cell at 408-390-9191.

PICTURE ONE (4 different single speakers): Speaker 1. In the top rear is a white, thick plastic OXFORD OP-8 paging/talk back horn speaker with an attached mounting clamp and a built-in 70 volt line transformer. It is 10" long and the diameter of the horn opening is 9 1/4". It can handle 30 watts (probably RMS). Sound is loud and clear and can be heard for a distance, even above moderate noise. Because it is designed for inside and outside use, The OP-8 is ideal for those backyard bar-B-cues! Selling price $15.00. SORRY, THIS SPEAKER IS SOLD.

Speaker 2. To the left of center is a UNIVERSITY 308, 8", 8-ohm triaxial speaker. The woofer has a treated paper accordion surround and a red mounting gasket. The round midrange is located just behind the metal, gold colored, 3 3/4" X 2" center mounted tweeter. The whole system is in great condition and handles 25 watts (probably, RMS). The speaker was made in the late 1950's or early 60's and even comes with a 4 Mf. capacitor and binding post connectors! Selling price $30.00.

Speaker 3. In the front center is a UNIVERSITY MID-T, 8-ohm midrange driver coupled with a UNIVERSITY 4401, 5 3/4" X 2 1/2" metal tweeter horn. Overall length is 6 1/2". Sound is of clear midrange frequencies. The metal cap on the back of the driver is dented but the speaker is otherwise in excellent condition. It was made during the late 1950's or early 60's. Selling price $15.00.

Speaker 4. To the right of center is an 8", 8-ohm CALRAD CR-8X coaxial speaker with a built-in 4Mf capacitor for the 3", metal clad, center mounted tweeter. The woofer has a treated paper accordion surround. Connectors are binding posts. The CR-8X handles 20 watts and was made, circa the early 1960's. Selling price $15.00.

PICTURE TWO (2 different pairs of 5 1/4", 8-ohm, squared corner woofers with shielded magnets and 1" voice coils): In the rear is a NEW pair of a WELL KNOWN but unidentified brand of woofers with 10 oz. magnets, poly-treated paper cones and foam surrounds. The speakers can handle 30 watts RMS. Frequency response is 60Hz to 5000Hz. Sound is good with very adequate bass. Estimated list price is about $25.00 per pair. Selling price $15.00. Several pairs are available.

In the front is a pair of DAYTON woofers (model no. unknown) with heavy textured poly-treated cones with rubber surrounds. Magnets are a bit heavier than those of the above speakers and they produce a bit more bass. Condition is like new! Estimated new list price is about $30.00 per pair. Selling price $20.00.

PICTURE THREE (2 different pairs of high quality 8", 8-ohm woofers): On the left is a pair of PYLE W8C-300 professional quality woofers with NEW FOAM SURROUNDS, 2" voice coils and massive magnets, estimated to weigh about 80 ounces (each speaker weighs 7.3 pounds). Speakers are in like new condition with Great sound and plenty of solid bass! They would be an excellent choice for either home or automotive use! Estimated new list price, circa early 1980's, is about $80.00 per pair. Selling price $50.00.

On the right is a NEW pair of MCM 55-2112 woofers featuring unique ONE PIECE ALUMINUM CONES with rubber surrounds, 1 1/4", 2-layer, vented voice coils with 17.7 oz. magnets and a 33Hz to 5000Hz frequency range! These speakers can each handle 120 watts, RMS and have striking looks and great sound! Estimated new list price is about $50.00 per pair. Selling price $40.00.

PICTURE FOUR A pair of NEW, high quality, FAMOUS but undisclosed brand of 8", 8-ohm woofers): Speakers have poly cones with rubber surrounds and 1 1/2" voice coils with massive magnets, estimated to weigh about 40 ounces (each speaker weighs 5.6 pounds). Great sounding with lots of punchy bass! These speakers would perform well in a home or automotive application. Estimated list price, about $50.00 per pair. Selling price $35.00.
