We have a suite of four psychotherapy offices in West Novato. There are currently two offices remaining to be leased. The building was completed in 2006. It faces onto Novato Boulevard is bordered by large oak, pine and bay trees and a creek. There is a statue at the building entrance dedicated to the Miwok Indians. The landscaping includes Japanese Maples and Native grasses. It works to create a serene and comforting feeling. It is conveniently located near transportation and shopping. It is within walking distance of the library and is accessible to the freeway via the Delong Exit.

Our suite consists of four offices, a waiting room, a separate bathroom and a small utility room. The building has an elevator and is handicap accessible. We are located on the second story overlooking the creek and Novato Boulevard. We are currently building out the offices and will have them completed by mid September. Two offices remain available to lease. One is 210 square feet with two 7-8 foot south west facing windows; the other is 188 square feet with two 7-8 foot south east facing windows.

The 188 square foot office is available for $850 a month; and the 210 square foot office is available for $950 a month. Each requires a year long lease. Utilities are shared equally between the four offices. Each office is wired for phone and internet. There is a central heating and air-conditioning unit.

Construction began mid August. The suite will be available to see mid September. We are currently accepting applications. We are looking for a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker or family therapist interested in maintaining a long-term practice in Northern Marin. We have been working in Novato for over twenty years.
