For sale is my 1961 Chevrolet Apache 10 fleetside shortbox 4x4. This is a pretty rare old truck since it is a short box, BIG rear window and 4 wheel drive. Runs and drives great, take it anywhere. The body is pretty clean for 40+ years old, I hate to see "old blue" go, but I don't need two trucks. Good - The truck has many upgrades including 1968 small block chevy V8 (307), Edelbrock performer intake manifold, Edelbrock performer carb, K5 blazer power steering, K5 blazer front differential (3.42 gears) with power disc front brakes, 1990 Chevy rear differential (3.42 gears), Weld aluminum wheels with 295/75 BF Goodrich tires, Newer full dual exhaust with flowmaster mufflers, Recovered bench seat, Dynamat, Brand new carpet, chrome valve covers & air breather. Bad - Truck currently has a TH350 transmission out of a 2WD pickup. However, I do have a 700r4 4x4 overdrive automatic out of an 1989 K5 blazer with 208 tranfer case and cross member that is going with the truck. Also, the gas gauge does not work. The transmission swap was going to be my next project but I just never found the time. I have many extra parts for this truck including 2 spare tires, new window channels, new wing window rubbers, after market gas tank that fits under the bed, 1960 grill, 700r4 transmission & 208 transfer case.
