10-week class that will teach you what anger is, where it comes from, and how to manage it.
Anger can come from, or cause, stress and/or depression and it can make you FAT! Or at least lose or gain weight.
· Two class times available.
Thursday nights from 7:00 to 9:00, Room C4 or
Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 11:00, Room D3.
· Classes taught at MDUSD Adult Education.
· Loma Vista Adult Center. 1266 San Carlos Ave. (enter on Cowell rd.), Concord.
Anger does not need to be violent to be a problem. Everyone has anger, even those who don’t show it. If you are angry, you have a problem. Try as you might you can never make your anger someone else’s problem. If you try, they will leave you. Or, worse yet, they will send you away, never to return. Either way, you lose.
So what can you do about it? The first step is to get educated and learn what your parents never knew and didn’t teach you. The next step is to teach your children about it so you don’t pass your anger on. Yes, that’s right; Anger is inherited and is passed on from generation to generation. Do you really want to do that to your kids and the people around you? Here is a great idea; bring your spouse, stop fighting and fall in love again. This can bring a whole new meaning to making your spouse hot! (You’ll thank me for it)
Class meets Court Ordered Anger Management education.
· This is a continuing class with 10 rolling sessions so you can
join the class at any time and you won’t miss anything.
· There is a $50 charge for the entire 10 weeks($5 per night)
· No registration required. Just show up and go to room C4 (promise it will not blow up).
(Wednesday Room D3)

Disclaimer: This posting has not been placed by Sharon or the MDUSD. I am a past attendee of this class and found it more valuable than any 52-week program offered anywhere and better than the expensive private programs and therapists.
