It has features comparable to that of the more expensive models. It has a bright color screen, and even has instant messaging, & a web browser. This affordable little phone would be useful for the person who needs to be near the phone a lot, but can’t stand looking for a working phone booth. It comes in handy to keep track of family members, it is a life saver for those emergency situations, and the individual who just wants to chat. Believe it or not. This cell phone sells at $40 at the AT&T store. The new sim card sells for $25.00. If you were to purchase these two together you would pay $65.00!! That is about half of the retail price!! This cell phone is compatible with Cingular & AT&T sim cards. There is no need for a contract, as this is a pay as you go cell phone. You can insert your own sim card, or activate the NEW, unused sim card included. Also, included, is the general warranty from Motorola (1 year). This cell phone comes with a wall charger, a battery, a brand new, unused sim card, and an instruction manual. There is no box.
