on 9/20/04 12:59 PM, Dear Bruce- Not sure if you heard or not, or figured from the address you sent the Zoe car seat to, but my house and truck were destroyed by Hurricane Charley. It hit us dead center and I lost just about everything I had. Go figure, a hurricane hadn't hit that area since 1960, but it had to happen since I moved here. The good news is TJ and the cats are fine. I hid the cats in a closet and held onto T.J. with dear life as the roof flew off of our house. It was the scariest thing I have ever experienced and we are all very lucky to be alive, as a tornado that the storm spun off brushed right by the house. To top it all off, 2 weeks after Charley, we got hit by Hurricane Frances. We are now living in Sarasota, Fl in a solid brick house and putting the pieces back together........

Dear Bruce, Just to let you know that the seat arrived today Tuesday. Did you send this via rocket mail Bruce? cause I don't think that I have ever seen anything arriving so quick from America before. Anyway with excitement we installed the seat and took Skippy and Buddy out for a run in the car and it was just fantastic. Skippy being the ever chilled out guy just settled down as though he had had a zoe seat all his life. Buddy (being very neurotic as usual) jumped in and out like a jo-jo so I hooked him on with his lead and that helped. I know this product will increase the pleasure of travelling for all of us but I am already the talk of the town with people arriving just to look through my car window just to see the seat. By the way I installed it on my back seat and that worked out really well because my daughter likes to sit next to me in the front ( you know keeping everybody happy and all that). I will take some photos in due time and mail you a copy but meanwhile I and the dogs just want to thank you again for your service and kindness and great product.
