Situated on a ½ acre in beautiful El Sobrante, the Hound Hotel Resort offers daycare, boarding, training, bathing, pet taxi to your Vet or other appointment, and transportation to and from the Hound Hotel. All our dogs go home HAPPY & TIRED!!! You will not find another pet daycare provider providing services like this in a country and cage-free setting. El Sobrante is a small village located in the quiet, charming, woodsy area conveniently placed between between Hwy 80 and Hwy 24, on San Pablo Dam Rd. We are near San Pablo Dam Reservoir and Kennedy Grove Park in the Hercules, San Pablo, Pinole, Orinda area. Our property, has been called "Doggie Heaven". Dogs are free to come in and out of the house as they want without any restrictions. We offer two walks per day, a visit to a local dog park, natural stimulation by birds, squirrals, goats, chickens and turkeys who come by to visit, lots of love and attention as well as fenced in yards to play in. Pet owners will find that their dogs love to come visit us. We provide an excellent way to give dogs the socialization, exercise and stimulation to meet their needs. 1. Hydro Spa (for senior and arthritic dogs) 2. 3 different AromaTherapy Treatments (Fear/Anxiety, Hyperactive, HyperLibido) 3. Pet Taxi to your Vet or any other appointments. 4. FREE - transportation to and from the Hound Hotel Resort. To be accepted into our private special daycare, dogs must first be evaluated for temperament and ability to get along with the other dogs. Pet owners are invited to call and make an appointment to meet. It's important for all dogs not to be sick and are up-to-date with their shots. A copy of your vet's shot record will need to be provided for our records. BOARDING RATES: Full Day......12 hour period - dog sitting...............$25 for each dog Full Day .....24 hour period - boarding............... $40 for each dog Half Day .Any consecutive 4 hours .................... $20 for each dog Pick-up/Drop-off (up to 3 miles). ........................FREE Pick-up/Drop-of (3 miles or more) .....................$15 each way BATHING: Small Dogs ..........................$15 Medium Dogs ......................$20 Medium-Plus Dogs ..............$25 Large Dogs ..........................$30 Extra-Large Dogs .................$35 Daycare is available Monday through Sunday. Overnight boarding charges will apply for dogs not picked up by 7:00 PM. We are open 7 Days a Week. Serving the East Bay cities of Alameda and Contra Costa County.
