utilities paid-water, garbage, electric, heat, cable; you pay for own
personal phone line. I do not have pets currently ($300 pet deposit per
pet - no noisy dog over 25 lbs., 2 pets maximum) . 1 mature,
responsible person share apartment with a 39 year old female (prefer
total of 2 adults in apartment ( you and me but will consider another
person ). No loud noise and parties. Non-smoker (you can smoke outside as I have allergies); 2 blocks from free shuttle, bus#72, #19, #F/Z , 3

You have good attitude, problem solver and detail oriented . 2 month commitment minimum. You can work outside of the house, as I have flexible schedule ( no set hours) and this
