I have done school projects, commercial buildings, retrofit commercial building, apartments, high-end homes, and tract homes. I have excellent communication skills and interact equally well with clients, sub contractors, architects and building officials. I demonstrate a consistent ability to adhere to project budgets and completion schedules. I am also experienced in custom residential and commercial architectural design with strong structural skills. My background in scheduling, crew oversight, site supervision, field-problem troubleshooting, code and project document comprehension and compliance, assures that projects I manage run smoothly.
