It’s the season of gift-giving, and why not show your love by giving the gift of delicious homemade mole paste. When you give this special gift, it is easy for your friends and family to enjoy a wonderful meal with minimum work on their part. It’s a great way to add Mexican flavor to a traditional holiday meal, or to jazz up any holiday leftovers. We will make mole paste and bottle it in decorative jars complete with cooking directions.

Class lead by Rebecca Sibrack of Edible Explorations and held in our new North Oakland location. Edible Explorations offers cooking classes and parties that encourage cultural and environmental understanding through food.
