Nut Roaster 3 Bag Bauer:

Excellent working condition 3 bag Nut Roaster. Totally operational. We are selling the entire assembly line. The equipment came out of an international confectionary company. They spent over $300,000 purchasing and upgrading this assembly line. This roaster has the capability to roast 3 bags of nuts at a time: Almonds, Hazenuts etc. Comes with Cyclone, cooling bin and Easy to Use Control Panel. Digital Temperature Controls. The whole line works as follows:

The line starts with a hopper. The raw nuts get placed in there. The first bucket elevator lifts the nuts into a shaker/dust remover which removes debris into a garbage pail. The nuts slowly fall from the shaker onto an conveyer belt. The lady in the picture inspects and removes any defects etc. before it falls into the stainless steel silo.

All this equipment is currently run from the above floor. The hazelnuts fall into the silo and fill up prior to sending it to the roaster.

When the silo fills with the raw hazelnuts, it is ready for the roasting process to occur.

The raw hazelnuts fall from the silo into a bucket elevator. The nuts are transported up the bucket elevator into the roaster. The nuts are then emptied into the Bauer Roaster. The roaster is set to the exact temperature you would like. That will determine the colour you want the finished product to look like. When the roast hits the temperature, you open the door and the roasted nuts fall into the cooling bin. The cooling bin vibrates while the cyclone with fan sucks cold air through the nuts. It also sucks out the chaff from the nuts and discards them into a pail. Price includes ductwork and fans that are present.

The final product then cooled, is then emptied from the cooling bin and put anywhere you want.

The pictures show a bucket elevator leading from the cooling bin, which is not included in the sale.
