Description

This is a 35' Schock Santana Racer/Cruiser. I have the survey from 2005 showing the estimated value at between 26 and 30 thousand for this boat. It is in even better condition now than when the survey was done because all little repairs have been fixed! The boat is in top shape for someone that wants a boat in excellent mechanical sailing condition. Asking only 23,500 way below survey value!! I can fax the survey to anyone interested ****PLEASE CALL 805-202-6466 for more information**** This Schock Racer Cruiser also has upgraded features to allow it to be sailed by just one person. This boat features a wind vane and an auto-pilot! All good safety features for both Racing or Cruising in rough weather. It is a documented vessel and good for sailing international waters. All upgrades and repairs are within the last two years. I have all paperwork. The boat is a pleasure to sail, very fast, and I wish I didn't have to part with it. Right now, the boat is docked at Moss Landing.
